I loved literally EVERYTHING about this wedding. Taylor and Mark are truly some of the sweetest people ever, and it was so special to photograph their day. It was one of the most beautiful February days we’d seen in a while in Nashville, so not only did they luck out big time with the weather, but everything went so perfectly from start to end. These two had such an eye for design and their decor choices really leaned into Clementine’s romantic, moody feel. They made every part of their day reflect the lives they’ve built together, and I thought that was really sweet. They had one of THE most fun wedding parties I’ve ever had the privilege of photographing, too. Taylor had such a cute first look moment with her dad before her first look with Mark. These two are the perfect example to prove that having a first look doesn’t take away from the emotion of the ceremony. Even though Mark had already seen Taylor and hour or so before the ceremony during their first look, he still had the sweetest, most genuine reaction to her walking down the aisle. They followed their emotional ceremony with one heck of a party filled with a live band, pink heart-shaped sunglasses (fitting for a Valentine’s Day weekend wedding), cigars and custom cocktails courtesy of one of my favorite vendors, Aperitif Events. Mark even had a little solo moment on stage and Taylor cheered him on from the audience with friends. This day was filled with so much joy, anticipation, laughter, and tears and that’s exactly how every wedding should be. Cheers to these two!
